Our club is welcoming to all types of rider, from leisure cyclist to competitive racer. Seven groups meet at the Carfax every Sunday morning, each with different speeds and distances in mind.

Horsham is surrounded by fantastic Sussex countryside and quiet roads. The club is a great way of discovering new routes, making friends and perhaps opening yourself to new cycling challenges.

You can join us for a ride or two without being a member, why not give us a try? See the rides page for more details.

Spring 2014 Reliability Trial Isfield and Stopham - Report.

Sunday 23rd March saw a great turnout with 64 riders for the event with the Youth Wing filling up quickly from around 8.30am. The riders were made up of 57 from our Club, 3 from Cranleigh Cycling Club, 1 from Hounslow & District Wheelers and three other guests. The Isfield ride proved to be the most popular with 47 riders while 17 opted for the shorter ride to Stopham, Pulborough. It was good to see everyone socialising over a cuppa back at the HQ and enjoying the home baking from the Bruce family.

Many thanks to Colin Ferry for timing the event, Roger Nash and Ali Bruce for registration and Ali and his wife Alyson for all the excellent home baking.

Indoor Cycling January/February 2014 with Sabina Hickmet - Report

The first Horsham Cycling awards of 2014 have been won.

During the eight weeks course, led by our qualified instructor Sabina Hickmet, Ian Phillips produced the highest wattage output over two minutes.  Runner-up was Phil (Silver) Callow and Kevin Crump was third.

The best ladies were Claire Savage and Claire Slade, who tied for first place. Not even a photo could separate them.

Well done to everybody who participated and thank you to Sabina for her great instruction and enthusiasm.
